These handcrafted cheese slicers are made out of Canadian hardwoods, hand
sanded until glass smooth, and then rubbed with natural food-safe mineral oil,
and beeswax.
With waterproof and food-safe glue these tough slicers are built to last a
lifetime and longer and the stainless steel cutting wire will cut hard and soft
cheese producing perfect slices every time.
As a solid wood product, a dishwasher is not advisable, but your cheese slicers
can be rinsed and then hand dried. An occasional wipe with mineral oil is
advised, but do not use vegetable oils as they can go rancid.
