This solid Maple Cheese Slicer has a burned in ‘lightning bolt’ produced by
applying 10,000 volts of electricity. Each piece of wood reacts differently
making each slicer one-of-a-kind. The lightning bolt is filled with a blue food-
safe epoxy to ensure the slicer is easy to maintain. The handle and cutting wire
are Stainless Steel and the cutting wire is easily replaced in the event that it
should be necessary. 2 extra cutting wires are supplied.
